Not too late again.

It's not even 1am, but having to go to sleep kind of bothers me.
Getting up at 6:30am, leaving home at 7:19 to catch the train to get to work half an hour early.

good life, I thought.

I would love to take a photo of the rush hour I am experiencing in Japan. It will come someday.

At work we were talking, as all these stylish people were walking by in Shibuya, about what could be the possible futures of the employees of these stylish clothing stores. They are all around my age, you don't really see anyone younger or older.
Why, why why.

The guy who has been running away from the police for over 2 years is finally caught!
hooray.

TWS

I started my work at Tokyo Wondersite 3 days ago and today is my first day off. I really wasn't sure about whether to work there for a while and stay in Kyoto but afterall I am quite glad I will be working there and meeting many different people from all over the world!

I found this beautiful series of experiments on my friend's facebook profile...woot!
Gross but cute.

In Kyoto

Got to Kyoto yesterday, after all day at Disneyland on Sunday.
Pff, what a great city. Young and old, old and new, they all live together in this city. The calm cityscape filled with energetic people.

I feel something similar to when I just arrived in Gothenburg for the first time.

I feel the inspiration.

The residence program is so far going so wonderful. I am living in a house with the organizer of the program. A nice room as you can see above. Very classy, very old but nice.

It's scary to walk on streets because of the bikes coming from all four directions. I don't know where on the sidewalk to walk on anymore. I feel lost just walking straight. I hope I will conquer the fear of getting run over by a bike very soon.

I got a pink eye, so I couldn't go anywhere today, but yesterday was an amazing day. I went to hanare, which is a cafe open in a house. Good dinner it was, and I met some of the most inspirational people I've met. Everyone works really hard and really happily. It's very different from seeing people I know in Tokyo that definitely overwork, unhappily, but have to do it otherwise they could get fired anytime.

I am thinking of sticking around for a bit in Kyoto after the residency. Any suggestion for a job?

I am currently working on my project for the Kyoto Residency, which will start in a bit over a week!

Another inspiration for it...

1.

Japan's getting colder.
It's so nice not having to sweat all the time.

One thing I never really thought was strange in Japan:
the plastic food displays.

They are so cool.

I found a store in Asakusa, which sells those.
If you want to buy them from abroad, go here:

more expensive than the real ones!
Apparently Tom Cruise has bought the sushi clock.

One by One

1. Start one thing
2. When it begins to be easier start looking other things, but don't start them.
3. Finish that first thing
4. Move onto the next thing.

This is going to be my goal for now.
